delivery time
Standard orders are usually shipped within 2 to 5 working days after receipt of the order. Please note that there may be a longer delivery time shortly after new drops. Due to the increased order volume, the delivery time in Germany is approximately 7 to 10 working days.

customs clearance
For all deliveries outside Europe, import duties (fees, import taxes, VAT) may be charged, which are set by the respective destination country. They are calculated according to the country of manufacture/origin and the classification of the goods and are charged as soon as your package has reached your country. DON KRAWALLI does not withhold any duties and taxes during the payment process and cannot predict how high your possible duties will be: in the event that such additional duties are incurred, they must be paid so that your package can be cleared through customs.

The customer bears the costs themselves. Please contact your local customs office for further information on your country's policies.

For all deliveries within the EU, taxes and duties are included in the product price.

transport damage
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such errors to the deliverer as soon as possible and contact us immediately. Failure to make a complaint or contact us has no consequences for your legal claims and their enforcement, in particular your warranty rights. However, you will help us to assert our own claims against the freight carrier or transport insurance.
